- Yes, free for 3 days on the monthly plan, which is long enough to scan your own homework and judge the explanations before you are charged anything. After the trial it is $9.99 a month or $4.99 a week, cancellable any time in Settings.
- What kinds of math can it solve?
- Arithmetic, fractions, algebra, intermediate algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus and statistics, plus word problems. That is over 200 problem types, from K-12 through early university.
- Does it read handwriting?
- Yes, along with printed textbooks and whiteboards. A confidence indicator warns you when a scan is unclear so you can retake it before solving.
- Which languages does it support?
- 19, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Both the written explanations and the spoken narration follow your chosen language.
