By downloading or using MathScans you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

MathScans provides AI-powered math problem solving via camera scanning. Solutions are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors. MathScans is intended as a learning aid — always verify important results independently.

2. Subscriptions

Weekly plan. $4.99/week, charged immediately, no free trial.

Monthly plan. $9.99/month. Includes a 3-day free trial. You will be charged $9.99 at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use MathScans to cheat in examinations where external assistance is prohibited. You are solely responsible for how you use solutions provided by the app.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

MathScans is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that solutions are correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathScans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
